Sealed the deal! Yay. After looking around for months, comparing different suburbs, waiting for the right time to buy, negotiating the price, we have finally sealed the deal to buy a place in Perth! Extremely happy! :)
Now the stress begins. With Christmas round the corner, we want to quicken the process so that we can shift in before Christmas and take Christmas the time to unpack and do the touch-ups, since we don't celebrate Christmas. :) We hope to have the whole place settled in before my parents come on Australia Day, i.e. before Chinese New Year!!
