Our last pit stop on the amazing tour along the east coast of Australia is Sydney. I purposely arranged that so that we could celebrate the new year countdown in front of the Harbour Bridge. :)
There's nothing much to do in Sydney itself. A couple of days is sufficient because really, the main thing to visit this place is to see the two famous icons, Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
We also went to Milson's point to take pictures of the bridge and Opera House from a different perspective.
And, since we were there, we also went in to Luna Park, a theme park/fun fair that does not require visitors to pay to enter. Our free entry was really worthwhile because we also managed to grab pictures with some mascots and costumed-people of Luna Park for free too. Hehe. :P
I was hoping to catch some TV crew in Bondi Beach filming Bondi Beach Rescue but unfortunately there weren't any. Haha. That day wasn't a nice sunny weather too and the winds were strong that even I felt so cold but there were lots of people still on the beach in their swimwear. Gosh, I wonder how on Earth could they even withstand the wind.
Since my family likes park and garden, we also went to Hyde Park.
Funnily, my dad suggested to take a jumping shot because the place was so nice. Haha.
Coming up, family tour part 12: Sydney II.
